Today, Tim Bishop reaffirmed that he is a liberal who doesn't listen to his constituents, but instead to Nancy Pelosi. Tim Bishop voted for a health care bill that raises our taxes, cuts Medicare funding, increases our deficit and takes our nation one step closer to socialized medicine. In Congress, I will lead the fight to repeal this legislation. True health care reform will come when we have Tort Reform, the dropping of interstate barriers on insurance purchases, and a host of other free market initiatives that will contain the ever rising costs of healthcare. Tim Bishop's vote was wrong for Suffolk County and wrong for America.
